Sample Flights
Over 100 cities have flights to Istanbul (IST) at a hefty discount, so this deal offers a lot of flexibility. In particular, many cities have these discounted flights, so, for example, if you live nearby Savannah, Georgia, or Reno, Nevada, then you’re in luck. Be aware though that almost all the flights include at least one layover.
Here are a few routes we’ve highlighted:
Delta and Air France: departing from Charleston, South Carolina (CHS), starting at $982 (includes multiple layovers)
Delta: departing from Boston (BOS), starting at $1,067 (includes a layover)
Delta and Air France: departing from New York City (JFK), starting at $1,067 (includes a layover)
Delta and Air France: departing from Atlanta (ATL) starting at $1,122 (includes multiple layovers)
We recommend using Google Flights to find the best dates and then book your flights directly through the airline’s website. One of the best parts of this deal is that it’s a discount on premium economy seats — most of the deals we typically flag are for economy or basic economy, but in this case you can fly to Istanbul with some comfort and at a sizeable discount.
The cheapest options for a Feb. 10 flight to Istanbul from New York City’s JFK are the Delta and Air France flights. One leaves New York City at 7:30 p.m., and the other at 9:30 p.m. Both include a layover in Paris (CDG) but the 7:30 flight has over a three-hour layover so keep that in mind when booking.

For flying back to New York City on Feb. 17, depart Istanbul at 7:25 a.m., but one flight is two hours longer than the other due to a long layover in Paris.

Bottom Line
Given that premium economy seats to Istanbul can typically cost at least $2,000, you should definitely check out these discounted fares before seats fill up. With this deal, you can fly to Istanbul in comfort without paying a slew of additional fees that are typically tacked on to economy fares.
These prices are slated to last for the next couple of days, so make sure to book your flight tickets as soon as possible if interested.
