Semiprivate air carrier JSX continues to grow.
JSX added two nonstop new routes from Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (BJC), announcing service to both Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

Service from the Colorado airport — which sits roughly in the middle of the 30-mile drive between Denver and Boulder — will begin Nov. 3. Flights will operate five days a week, every day except Tuesday and Thursday. One-way fares begin at $239 for Las Vegas and $199 for Phoenix. JSX fares include two checked bags.
Passengers can book flights directly on JSX’s website or through its codeshare partner JetBlue; JetBlue also allows its frequent flyers to earn TrueBlue points on eligible JSX flights.
JSX has added numerous routes over the past couple of years, significantly expanding its network. Just last month, JSX added nonstop routes from BJC to California’s Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) — giving it a total of four nonstop destinations from the Denver/Boulder area.
In January, JSX unveiled a new route from Oakland International Airport (OAK) to Phoenix. The airline also expanded services from Las Vegas to Burbank and Buchanan Field Airport (CCR) in California.
JSX debuted in 2016, promising to bring an “affordable private jet experience” to the masses; the carrier operates spacious jets with only 30 seats and no overhead bins. JSX offers complimentary inflight drinks, snacks and cocktails.
JSX also touts its ability to operate out of private jet terminals that don’t require security screening — a factor that allows its passengers to arrive as little as 20 minutes before their flight.
As JSX has expanded, the airline has primarily focused on establishing a presence at smaller airports in or near major cities. However, it also flies to a few larger airports such as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). The carrier’s footprint is strongest in the West, though it also has a small presence in Florida and at the Westchester County Airport (HPN) near New York City.
